Pinky Cakes started in a tiny home kitchen with a single bowl, a stand mixer that was a touch too small, and a stubborn belief that a cake should taste as beautiful as it looks.
Today we're a small team of pastry chefs and decorators baking in a sun-lit boutique studio. We don't do mass orders, we don't freeze, and we don't shortcut. Every cake is mixed, baked and finished by hand on the morning it leaves us.
